Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Bismarck Fire Department’s Environmental Health Division, is accepting informal bids for the spraying of noxious weeds on properties that do not comply with the city ordinance governing noxious weed control. Persons performing this activity must have a valid North Dakota Commercial Applicators License issued by the NDSU extension service and possess a valid Pesticide Operators Permit to apply chemicals in the City of Bismarck. Records of application, chemical applied, area treated (square feet or acres), noxious weed controlled, etc., shall be made available to the Bismarck Fire Department’s Environmental Health Division upon request. Control activities will be authorized and coordinated by the City’s Weed Control Officer and assigned to the successful bidder as the need arises
