Specifications include, but are not limited to: Building 779 - including, but not limited to: a) Work in building to be split into (four) 4 phases. b) Removal of millwork in Rooms 1057, 1063, 1076, 1103, and 1116. c) Removal of 24” of drywall in Room 1015. d) Removal and replacement of all flexible ductwork in each phase. e) Cleaning of all HVAC Units and hard ductwork in each phase per EPA mold requirements. f) Clean all HVAC grills and registers in each phase per EPA mold requirements. g) Clean all contents and structure in the work areas. h) Removal and replacement of ceiling tiles and ceiling grid. i) Containment set up and take down. Building 732 - including, but not limited to: a) Work in building to be split into (two) 2 phases in Wing Unit C (Mockingbird), Wing Unit F (Phoenix), and Ward Unit 1 and common areas. b) Removal and replacement of all flexible ductwork in each phase. c) Cleaning of all HVAC Units and hard ductwork in each phase per EPA mold requirements. d) Clean all HVAC grills and registers in each phase per EPA mold requirements. e) Clean all contents and structure throughout the facility. f) Removal and replacement of ceiling tiles and ceiling grid. g) Containment set up and take down.
