Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain sealed proposals for online interactive sexual harassment prevention training for approximately 16,000 Executive Branch employees for the State of Delaware. 1. Training must be in accordance with Delaware Law 19 Del.C. § 711A. and contain the following requirements: a. Explain illegality of sexual harassment. b. Define sexual harassment using examples. c. Legal remedies and complaint process available to the employees d. Directions on how to contact the Department e. Legal prohibition against retaliation. f. Supervisor training shall include specific responsibilities of a supervisor regarding the prevention and correction of sexual harassment. 2. Training must provide ability for live question and answer chat session through the length of the contract. 3. Vendor shall provide an email address for employees to email questions about the training with responses within one business day through the length of the contract. 4. Vendor must provide scheduled sessions for training. All training sessions will be coordinated with Department of Human Resources. 5. Training must be delivered to all State employees as identified by Department of Human Resources no later than December 31, 2019. 6. Training must be available to accommodate state employees working varied shifts outside of normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. M-F 7. Training must be available via computer, tablet and smartphone.
