Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Historical Commission (THC) issues this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit bidders from qualified builders to deliver and assemble a turn-key modular building; a16’x24’x8’modular building with Smart Panel exterior siding and a metal gable roof. The building shall include: 2-3’x6’-8” half-lite doors, 4-30”x30” insulated windows, laminate flooring with double plywood subflooring, Smart Panel interior walls and ceiling; 2” spray foam insulated walls, ceiling, and floor; 2-8’ LED light bars, 8 electrical outlets, 1-220 interior outlet, 4 light switches, 2 exterior flood lights, 220 HVAC with 12,000 BTU, 125 Amp interior breaker box, and commercial grade conduit. The building shall be set on CMU foundation, anchored, with underpinning. The builder is not required to hook up the building to the electrical supply.
