Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Replace Roof mounted air handling units serving the existing gymnasium offices and classrooms. 2. New air handling units shall four pipes units utilizing chilled water and hot water from the chiller yard. 3. Provide roof supports for the units, piping and ductwork. 4. Provide electrical power to the newly installed HVAC units on the roof. 5. Remove electric coil from the return air side of AHU 5. Install electric duct mounted reheat coil on the discharge side of AHU 5 serving the bathroom and lockers. 6. Remove existing pneumatic control systems serving the existing mezzanine units. Provide new DDC control valves for temperature controls. 7. Remove and Replace existing roof top units serving the cafeteria. Provide DDC controls for temperature control. Provide roof support for the new gas fired roof top units along with all associated ductwork. 8. Remove and replace pneumatic control valves and actuators serving the new and existing HVAC units in the 400 and 500 buildings.
