Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop complete turnkey engineering construction documents, including all necessary MEP, Fire Alarm, Electrical, and Energy Management System engineering design plans and specifications for the replacement of all the HVAC equipment, fire alarm equipment, electrical power equipment and wiring, and EMS temperature controls equipment for the entire school. Provide construction administration services to include the following: a. prepare proposal document package for bid letting b. assist to review and evaluate contractors proposals and qualifications c. prepare and issue Notice of Award letter d. review insurance and bonding documentation from contractor e. prepare CSP Contract for project contractor
