In addition to general interpretation, Agencies may require linguists be able to correctly interpret/translate technical conversations. Technical conversations, may include; but are not limited to: Medical and/or Legal. This solicitation is solely a re-bid of GSS15602-LINGUIST, Interpretation & Translation Services, Bid Package A covering Sign Language Interpretation. B. BACKGROUND The State of Delaware currently has two contracts covering interpretation & translation services.
