Specifications include, but are not limited to:Scope of work is the aesthetic renewal of level R6 for the Lymphoma/Myeloma & Internal Medicine Clinics. Work will include replace in kind or repair of any old and/or damaged finishes (ceiling, floor, base, millwork, furniture, exam tabletops, sinks lighting, doors, patch and paint, etc.). Replace outdated HVAC components in patient spaces (restrooms, waiting and exam rooms, etc.). Project space is approximately 26,450 GSF including demolition and renovation activities. This project will require multi-phased weekend work subject to the clinic’s hours of operation and Owner’s approval. 2.4 PROJECT PLANNING SCHEDULE: The following anticipated dates are for planning purposes only (if there is a conflict between the dates below and the Proposal Form, the duration shown on the Proposal Form shall govern).
