Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide construction services for the District 3 Community Center. The Project consists of the construction of an approximately 13,000 square foot Senior Community Center, with parking for 200 vehicles and associated site work. The building will be a single story steel structure with a concrete pier foundation. Mechanical mezzanines also will be provided. The exterior finish materials will consist of metal panels, stone, metal windows and large glass and metal storefront areas. A metal sunshade structure shall be provided around the perimeter of the building. Interior construction shall be metal stud framing and gypsum wallboard-type construction. Interior finishes include polished concrete, carpet and tile flooring, painted and tile wall finishes and exposed painted and acoustical ceilings. Special systems shall include, but are not limited to, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, mechanical services, interior and exterior lighting, fire protection and alarm systems, security, A/V, data and communications.
