Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code 2269, it is the intention of the Pflugerville Independent School District (the District) to select via the one-step Request for Proposal process a Construction Manager-at-Risk for HVAC Renovations and Replacement of HVAC Control Systems. Persons or entities submitting proposals are referred to herein as offeror(s). The estimated cost of this project is approximately $4,500,000. 3. Proposals are to include the information requested in Proposal Instructions section of this Request for Proposals in the sequence and format prescribed.
