Installation of new Kitchen Hood with associated exhaust fan and fire suppression system shall be added to serve kitchen cooking equipment and provide added safety. 2. Installation of multi-split HVAC system within the men & women restrooms shall condition those spaces only. 3. Installation of conventional split system installed in new closet shall serve the kitchen, back rooms and the enclosed pavilion. 4. Installation of exhaust fans & ductwork in restrooms & janitor closets to properly ventilate those spaces.
