Specifications include, but are not limited to:Brazosport College is requesting Qualifications for Job Order Contractor(s) for renovations, repairs and general services for on-going projects at the College. We are interested in contracting with those whose competency falls within the following disciplines: asbestos inspection and abatement, alarm systems including access, asphalt/concrete paving, concrete/masonry, demo/debris removal, glass installation/repair, signage and privacy glass, fire/sprinkler and security, flooring carpet/tile installation and removal, general construction, general electrical, new electrical wiring to support computer installation and telephone lines, grounds care, irrigation, arbor/tree care/removal, HVAC, insulation, mechanical, painting, plumbing, roofing, waterproofing, and water treatment. The list of contractors will be utilized as needed for a period of 2 years.
