Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide air quality forecasts for the State of Delaware. For this project, daily air quality forecasts for ozone (O3) and fine particulate matter (PM2.5) will need to be provided for a one-year period beginning in May 2015 to April 2016. Forecasts will need to be verified following the conclusion of the forecast season. A summary report will be needed. A statewide O3 and PM2.5 forecast for Delaware is required. Beginning May 1, 2015 and continuing to the end of the O3 season (September 30, 2015), daily air quality forecasts for O3 and PM2.5 will be issued for Delaware. Beginning October 1, 2015, weekday forecasts of PM2.5 will be issued daily for Delaware. Weekend forecasts, for Saturday through Monday, will be issued on Friday during this period.
