Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to permanently restore the specified roadway and to perform the work of these Contract Documents and all included Items including: their associated Specifications and Details under the direction of the City. Construction items descriptions, materials and construction methods are identified within this contract document, the City Standard Specifications for Construction within City Right-of-Way, the latest Rhode Island Department of Transportation’s (RIDOT) Rhode Island Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction with all latest revisions, and the Department of Justice American’s with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design with all latest revisions.
