Specifications include, but are not limited to:: The Project Director will be responsible for all aspects of the statewide grant project implementation and management in order to implement CORE. The Project Director will provide leadership in the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of all grant activities. Job performance will be monitored against deliverables bi-annually. The Project Director will: Serve as main conduit between state agencies (i.e., DPBHS, DSAMH), the service provider (i.e., Psychological Services Inc.), the evaluation team (i.e., University of Delaware), and the funder (i.e., SAMHSA); Serve as point-of-contact for the assigned federal project officer; Schedule and document all meetings of CORE’s Transition Team, which will track progress, oversee the project’s outreach effort and awareness campaign, and develop a sustainability plan; Coordinate the development of outreach and public awareness materials; Maintain a registry of outreach targets (e.g., schools, pediatric clinics) and help clinical staff schedule outreach events (e.g., presentations, tabling); Manage all contracts (e.g., clinical services, training, evaluation); Coordinate staff trainings for service delivery and cultural competence; Collaborate with evaluation team to guarantee effective tracking of outreach and public awareness events, referrals and intakes, service delivery, and clinical outcomes; Work with DPBHS and DSAMH to insure that the evaluation team has access to de-identified case management information for project participants, as well as statewide hospitalization rates for youth, ages 16-25 years; Monitor evaluation team’s compilation of datasets on outreach and public awareness events, referrals and intake assessments, service delivery, clinical outcomes, and hospitalization rates for youth, ages 16-25 years; Guarantee the timely delivery of quarterly reports from the evaluation team to the Transition Team and biannual reports to SAMHSA; Compile final project report and resource guide for ongoing implementation and maintenance of the CORE program in Delaware.
