Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services must be provided in accordance with N.D.C.C. Chapter 50-25.2, Vulnerable Adult Protective Services; and in accordance with the Vulnerable Adult Protective Services Policies and Procedures Manual located on-line at: http://www.nd.gov/dhs/policymanuals/home/aging.htm Complete documentation in accordance with the requirements identified in the Vulnerable Adult Protective Services Policies and Procedures manual, Program Reporting Requirements, Section 690-01-43. Enter client information in the designated web-based data collection system. Staff Vulnerable Adult Protective Services cases with a representative of State on an ongoing basis. Participate in program-related meetings and trainings, including data collection system trainings, as requested by State. Employ a staff person(s) whose minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social work, nursing, paralegal, or other related field.
