Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall remove damaged gate panel and replace with new, new, similar or like, powder coated gate, to include new wheels. Contractor will ensure gate is installed in compliance with manufacturer’s specifications for the model and make of the gate. B. Contractor shall replace current guide rollers with covered guide rollers. C. Contractor shall replace the Miller Edge (Non-Resistive) and the Miller Edge (Transmitter). D. Contractor shall paint to match existing gate color. E. Contractor shall keep and use current gate operator, chain and sensors. F. Contractor shall inspect and test all sensors, wheels, chain, motor and other operating systems to ensure all components are operating correctly. G. Contractor shall ensure are is kept clear of debris and packaging materials, which are to be removed daily.
