Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this procurement is to select up to three (3) qualified appraisal firms who will be eligible to perform full-service land acquisition, relocation assistance and property management as part of 3-year open-end agreements. Once under contract, appraisers will supplement DelDOT’s staff and provide the necessary services to continue the Department’s Real Estate Appraisal needs for ongoing projects when staff appraisers are unavailable.
