Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) In areas of demolition, provide all labor, material and equipment to remove all required plumbing systems, (equipment, fixtures, drains, piping and devices) as shown on the plans to be removed and/or demolished per the General Notes and Plumbing Demolition Notes. Any material that has salvage value shall be offered to the Owner, and if accepted, delivered to his warehouse.. I items are not accepted they shall be legally disposed of off-site. b) This sub-contractor shall include in this Proposal all costs associated with the dis-connecting and make safe of existing plumbing systems to be demolished. c) New Construction – The Mechanical Contractor shall take the lead to coordinate the Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems within the building.
