Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor shall comply with and perform all HVAC and Mini Split System Repair Services in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, codes, manufacturer’s instructions, warranty requirements and specifications. Contractor shall possess a Class A and/or B Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and shall be in good standing with the State of Texas and certified to work on HVAC units and mini split systems. Contractor shall possess an Environmental Air Conditioning Endorsement, and/or a Commercial Refrigeration and Process Cooling or Heating Endorsement. Contractor shall conduct all work during normal working hours unless deemed by SAHA to be disruptive to the normal operations of the organization or an emergency. Contractor shall practice acceptable safety precautions so as not to cause harm to any persons or property while performing services under this bid or any resulting contract. Contractor shall follow industry safety standards, and use only industry approved safety equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications in the performance of all duties.
