Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Delaware Public Service Commission (PSC) is seeking assistance from qualified firms and individuals to provide professional public utility consulting service to support PSC Staff in its review and assessment of the potential benefits/costs of electricity supply procurement processes for securing Delaware residential and small commercial customer electricity supply for Delmarva Power & Lights Standard Offer Service. Vendor will be required to provide knowledge and insights into the various electric supply purchase mechanisms that are in general use today in the U.S. especially among restructured states, the general outcome/results of those processes and the expected benefits/costs that could be available in Delaware.
