Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for Preventative, Major Maintenance and Repair Services for the HVAC system located at the TPWD Headquarters, 4200 Smith School Road, Austin, Texas 78744 in accordance with attached specifications, six (6) pages, dated December 2014. 24 Month The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and any other need necessary or incidental to maintain in good operating condition the chiller system, boiler system, refrigeration monitor, cooling towers, and all pumps. This is a major maintenance AND repair agreement, as well as an agreement for periodic preventative maintenance as described below. The Contractor is responsible for providing at his own expense any and all components comprising the chiller system, boiler system, refrigeration monitor, cooling towers, and all pumps that have not been explicitly excluded herein, up to and including the chiller and boiler units. This agreement covers all parts and services not specifically excluded. Contractor pays for all parts and services.
