Specifications include, but are not limited to: Custodial services for the Grand Forks Highway Patrol Office. Prior to leaving the premises, Contractor will assure the doors and windows in and connected to the regional office are locked and all HVAC equipment is operational as directed. In the event any doors or windows are found unsecured or any environmental, structural, security or equipment abnormalities exist; the Regional Commander shall be notified as soon as possible. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment such as mops, buckets, vacuum cleaners, floor buffer, tools, waxes, cleaners, disinfectants, rust/stain removers and any other materials necessary to perform services. State will provide all paper products such as paper towels for bathrooms, toilet tissue, along with disinfectant hand soap and garbage can liners. Paper towels are for agency use only and shall not be used for contractual cleaning purposes. Contractor will notify the Administrative Assistant if supplies are low or out.
