Specifications include, but are not limited to: The NDPW Office Relocation will consist of converting a section of the District Warehouse at NE Campus into Office Space consisting of (1) open office space, (1x) break room, (1) custodial closet, (1) Men’s Restroom, (1) Women’s Restroom, and circulation corridors. The project will include but not limited to:selective demolition of concrete, plumbing, fire hose cabinets, electrical, HVAC, doors, fencing, and other as necessary. The new construction will consist of new partition walls, new telecommunications cabling, new doorframes and hardware, glazing,flooring,HVAC, installation of owner furnished equipment, coordination of owner furnished services, plumbing, concrete, electrical, new finishes, millwork, reinstallation of chain link fence and, exterior wall infill.
