Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP targets two separate types of products/industries intended to encompass a wide variety of Rental Equipment and the Rental of Portable Facilities Equipment and Services which may fit in the broadly defined scope as described below. These may include, but not be limited to, such equipment as: light to heavy duty construction, generators, HVAC, pumps, trench & piping, maintenance and materials handling type products, portable restrooms, showers, sinks, laundries and other related facilities. A. Rental Equipment - The rental equipment industry, which can offer a wide array of brand-name equipment for rent and can effectively deliver, install, and maintain such equipment, as well as having the ability to sell used equipment such as but not limited to: Construction Equipment (light and heavy duty), Generators, HVAC, Arial Lifts and Scaffolds, Pumps, Trench & Piping Equipment, Maintenance and Materials Handling type products, Tool and Supplies, etc. Also included would be services related to maintaining and training in the usage of equipment, End User Service Agreement terms and conditions, product and service coverage area, customized reporting capabilities, and any other available services will be considered in proposal evaluations. This description is not meant to be limiting. Rather we are interested in securing contractors that can provide a broad range of equipment and services related to this general scope. B. Rental of Portable Facilities - The rental facilities industry, which offers a wide array of items and can effectively rent, deliver, install and maintain equipment such as but not limited to: Portable Restrooms, Showers, Sinks, Laundries and other related facilities and services. Also included would be services related to maintaining and training in the usage of equipment, End User service agreement terms and conditions, product and service coverage area, customized reporting capabilities, and any other available services will be considered in proposal evaluations.
