Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Health and Human Services Commission on behalf of the Department of State Health Services is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide two (2) qualified journeymen with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial equipment and two (2) qualified apprentices with a minimum of 3 years in commercial equipment to perform preventive maintenance, service repairs and emergency response calls during after hour needs. Equipment to be maintained and serviced, include but are not limited to, air cooled chillers, water cooled chillers, roof top units, negative air systems, air handlers, package units, split systems, cooling towers, steam boilers, hot water boilers, pumps, expansion tanks, air compressors, control sensors, actuators and all other building heating and cooling systems located at the San Antonio State Hospital, San Antonio State Supported Living Center, and Texas Center for Infectious Disease.
