Jester Center (JES) Replace existing air handlers AC-4A, AC-5A, AC-11A, and AC-12A with new, field-assembled air handler units (units 4 and 5 are being combined into one unit). Provide all new DDC controls, VFDs, chilled and hot water piping, insulation, and duct connections associated with new units. Provide temporary cooling units to condition the spaces served from units AC-4A, AC-5A, and AC-12A to allow the building to remain in use through the construction period. Provide new relief fan and relocate existing relief fan to new location. Provide 3 new terminal units to replace exsisting units. Provide all new DDC controls for existing units AC-10A and MAU 1-08. Provide new suspended fan coil units for IT Room. Provide Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm modifications as shown in drawings
