Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor is to reconstruct the exterior masonry wall, roof, and restroom/lobby entrance due to Hurricane Harvey storm damage. This is to include new steel and wood frame structure. In addition, install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, upgrade electrical systems and lighting, construct two (2) mezzanines for recreational activities, to include vertical systems, install new steel windows in the openings currently in-filled with masonry, refinish original wood basketball court, construct a small addition of approximately 780 square feet for restrooms and storage, general interior painting, and minor drainage improvements around the building perimeter.
