Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking Proposals for Avaya equipment, maintenance and support. The STATE currently supports a single instance of Avaya Communication Manager to provide voice services for State Government entities. The State provides service to approximately 8,000 IP desk phones and 1,000 analog stations. There are 60 media gateways installed throughout the state to support analog and PSTN connectivity. There are survivable Communication Managers and redundant Session managers in key locations of the state. A wide range of Avaya applications are supported including Aura Messaging, OneX Speech, ADS/SAL, AES, Experience Portal, WFO, AAC7, Call Center Elite/CMS, and CES Mobility. The STATE is currently in the process of migrating these applications from a physical server environment to a virtual (VMware) solution hosted in the State’s Data Center.
