Specifications include, but are not limited to: The supply of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to remove and replace the built up roof (BUR) system. New roof system to be mechanically attached TPO , per manufacturer’s specifications/instructions, on Building 17 at the Dos Rios Sewer Treatment Plant at 3495 Valley Rd, San Antonio, Texas, 78221, including new wall caps on existing walls and those that do not currently have them, to provide metal decking where exiting HVAC units and fans that may be eliminated during project, and coordinate installing the roofing systems so all components of the roofing systems are not subjected to precipitation or left uncovered at the end of the workday or when rain is imminent for the Dos Rios Building 17 Roof Replacement Project.
