Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment (liftgate, pallet jack, etc..), labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Roof and Skylight Repair Services. A. Remove and replace all existing seal joints and mastic on roof. B. Remove and replace silicone around skylights ensuring no future leaks in any of the ninety (90) skylights 2 X 8. C. Cleaning and double coating of existing skylights with translucent, Skylight Coating Clear (or equal to). This acrylic coating is formulated specifically for weathered fiberglass skylight panes. Clean and apply to skylights per manufacturer’s recommendation including manufacturer’s warranty.
