Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove and replace all existing seal joints and mastic on roof. B. Remove and replace silicone around skylights ensuring no future leaks in any of the ninety (90) skylights 2 X 8. C. Cleaning and double coating of existing skylights with translucent, Skylight Coating Clear (or equal to). This acrylic coating is formulated specifically for weathered fiberglass skylight panes. Clean and apply to skylights per manufacturer’s recommendation including manufacturer’s warranty. D. Install Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)-approved manufactured fall protection grids over existing ninety (90) skylights. Install screens per installation recommendation, including manufacturer’s warranty. E. Jobsite and premises will be kept clean and work will be conducted in a manner least disruptive to site occupants. F. Haul away all debris caused by the above work according to code and industry standards.
