Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required to dismantle and remove existing Air Handler Units (AHUs), Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) system, and all associated electrical and mechanical connections. Supply and install split system AHUs, energy recover heat wheel, thermostats, insulated refrigerant line with metal jacket, and all associated electrical and mechanical components. Coordinate with TEMPSET CONTROLS for new digital controls installation. Provide commissioning, testing & balancing. Provide temporary protective materials for existing building in work areas. Repair wall areas at new thermostat locations. Scope includes all provisions necessary to perform job per plans by Elements of Architecture, Inc., dated March 1, 2019.
