Specifications include, but are not limited to: Job shall include but not be limited to removal of all noted condenser units, indoor coils and fan assemblies, electrical disconnects, disconnecting all electrical, plumbing, gas lines, control wiring, programmable thermostats, and applicable ductwork. Contractor shall remove equipment safely and properly dispose of off-site. Contractor shall not disconnect more equipment than can be replaced during the same working day. Contractor is responsible for installing new curbs if necessary. Contractor shall replace existing equipment with new equipment furnished by the Contractor and reconnect all existing electrical (increase wiring size as necessary), plumbing, gas piping (increase gas regulator and supply lines as necessary), control wiring, energy management system controls and wiring, ductwork to make a complete and fully operating installation. Successful bidder shall supply all appurtenances, materials, equipment, etc., for a complete installation.
