Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Retrofit existing counter to accommodate new level 3 ballistic glass. B. Install new level 3 ballistic glass panels on top of existing counter and existing framing in lobby. C. Install new door lined with level 3 bullet resistant woven fiberglass panels cut to fit and painted to match current lobby color. D. Install level 3 bullet resistant woven fiberglass panels on back side of counter, top to bottom and cut to fit. E. Install two steel pass-through trays at the openings in glass cutouts and two voice holes in glass with powered speaker. F. Run power lines under the counter and connect to power. G. Install a pass-through box on the side wall next to the window for bigger documents.
