Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1.1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supervision, test equipment, transportation, and any other need necessary or incidental to provide full maintenance, inspection, and repair services for the systems and equipment identified herein. All service shall be performed in accordance with good industry practice.5.1.2. Contractor shall provide calibration.5.1.3. Contractor shall provide inspection and scheduled monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual and corrective/preventive maintenance. 5.1.4. Contractor shall provide breakdown repair, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Minimum one (1) hour response time, unless otherwise authorized by TPWD. Response time is defined as the period from Vendor’s receipt of a service call to the arrival of a qualified technician on-site.
