Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) The Contractor agrees to provide personnel and equipment necessary for effective Off-Site, 24- Hour Security Monitoring of all armed areas. 1) Door Sensors 2) Window Sensors 3) Glass Break Sensors 4) Smoke Detectors 5) Carbon Monoxide Detectors 6) Inside Motion Detectors 7) Outside Motion Detectors b) Each area is to be controlled with separate working keypads and a master keypad to control all areas from the main office. c) If security is breached, the Contractor will: 1) Contact the California State Highway Patrol (CHP) 24 hour dispatch in Chico at (530) 879-1900 or 911. 2) Use the Callout List to inform appropriate Sutter Maintenance Yard personnel of locations breached and actions taken. Sutter personnel will respond with the CHP to facility. The Callout List will be provided when the contract has been finalized.
