The State envisions that the solution will support the following high-level goals: • Provide Vermont businesses with an online platform to apply and pay for license applications • Provide a status of applications and renewals to those businesses as well as to the department • Track employees and their status (ie. Required periodic training) • Track investigation and compliance checks • Provide workflows that will track time open in the department • Provide workflow scheduling that will allow investigators to view upcoming investigations due.
