Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. QUANTITY: Anticipated to be 200 books total. House: 50 - 100 (to include Vol. 1 and Vol. 2) Senate: 50 - 100 (to include Vol. 1 and Vol. 2) 2.2. PRINTED BOOKS: Printed books will be supplied by the Building and General Services (BGS) Print Shop. The contractor shall pick-up (at their cost) and return (at their cost) to the BGS Print Shop as 32 page signatures, printed on 9x12 paper and folded to 6x9. Each volume will be individually collated and wrapped. Pages to be trimmed by the contractor as follows: 2.3. TRIM HEIGHT: 8.750 inches 2.4. TRIM WIDTH: 5.875 inches 2.5. BULK: 3 inches (approximate to be determined by page count) 2.6. COVER: 6 inch x 9 inch .098 board covered with B cloth - V199 Black with gold leaf stamped full title on the front cover and titles labeled on the backbone.
