Specifications include, but are not limited to: Activity 1: Offeror shall be a nationally recognized accreditation agency for behavioral health services. Activity 2: Offeror must submit its current policy and procedure manual as part of its proposal regarding agencies obtaining accreditation. At a minimum, the manual must address policies on personnel hiring, supervision, evaluations, discipline, termination, training, grievance procedures, confidentiality, consumer rights, responsibilities, eligibility, application procedures, new staff orientation, and expectations and rules; this includes policies pertaining to the contracted staff of the offeror’s agency. Activity 3: Offeror must submit its organizational chart indicating who supervises the surveyors that will be providing services as outlined in this RFP. Activity 4: Offeror’s primary business shall be accrediting outpatient, home, and community-based behavioral health services and its providers.
