Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for Commercial Food Service Equipment, Refrigerators, Freezers, and HVAC Airwash Systems. Services will include but are not limited to preventative maintenance necessary to maintain existing and future commercial food service equipment, all repairs necessary for broken and non-functional existing and future equipment, as well as best-practice repairs deemed necessary and approved by TTU personnel. Proposer shall provide all parts, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and other items necessary to maintain all covered equipment in prime operating condition, consistent with manufacturers service recommendations.
