Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work. The required demo and renovation of the spaces include, but not limited to, the existing flooring, base, walls, ceilings, ductwork, lights, doors, door frames, steam lines, plumbing fixtures, restroom accessories and fixtures, shelving, cabinetry, wall mounted equipment and brackets, fire sprinklers, fire alarm devices, HVAC duct, electrical equipment, chilled and hot water piping, coordination of demo for asbestos containing materials, sanitary piping, electrical receptacles, lighting, switches, smoke detectors, electrical panels, J-boxes, electrical conduit, wiring as shown on the drawings.
