Specifications include, but are not limited to: The BRA is soliciting proposals from well qualified Mechanical Engineering consultants to provide Planning, Design and Construction Phase Engineering Services for replacement of the HVAC System at the Central Office Facility. The work shall consist of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services, required for the delivery of Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents for solicitation of competitive bids for the project. Work shall also include assistance to the Owner during bidding and construction of the project. The work may also include Contract Administration and serving as the Owners Resident Project Representative (RPR) during the construction phase. However, the BRA reserves the right to engage an independent firm to provide Contract Administration and Owners Resident Project Representative (RPR) service during the construction phase.
