Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnishing all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide semi-annual Parking Lot Steam Cleaning Services. A. Access to water for use by Contractor will be made available at each location. B. Contractor shall check-in with the Facility Supervisor/designee upon each service call to provide verification the service has been provided to the satisfaction of the Facility Supervisor/designee. C. Routine service to be performed semi-annually. Contractor shall notify On-Site Contact of the date and time the service is to be performed one (1) week prior to the actual work.
