Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Tear off and remove one (1) layer of existing roofing 2. Redeck with 7/16" OSB Wafer Board as needed 3. Install new felt over entire roof 4. Install new vent flashings 5. Install Modified Bitumen roof of the portion that is currently tar and gravel 6. Install new colored metal edging as necessary 7. Install wall caps, pitch pans around HVAC, penatration seals 8. Seal roof with industrial urethane 9. Include all other necessary apurtanences to provide a water tight roof 9. Clean up, haul off materials and debris 10. Include number of years for manufacturer's warranty 11. Include 5 year workmanship warranty 12. Roof to meet International Energy Code R25 - Table C402.1.3 City of Cleburne will require a minumum of 3 references to be submitted along with the quote.
