Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace entire roof on Municipal Court Building located at 303 W. Henderson, Cleburne, Texas. Replace with Modified Bitumen torch roof. Pricing to include: 1.Tear off and remove one (1) layer of existing roofing 2. Redeck with 7/16" OSB Wafer Board as needed 3. Install new felt over entire roof 4. Install new vent flashings 5. Install Modified Bitumen roof over entire building 6. Install new colored metal edging around entire perimeter to coordinate with roof/building 7. Install wall caps, pitch pans around HVAC, penatration seals 8. Seal roof with industrial urethane 9. Include all other necessary apurtanences to provide a water tight roof 9. Clean up, haul off materials and debris 10. Include number of years for manufacturer's warranty 11. Include 5 year workmanship warranty 12. Roof to meet International Energy Code R25 - Table C402.1.3
