Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct an inventory survey of the Electric Department’s existing roadway and other outdoor lights using geospatial tools and equipment. b) Build an electronic map and database of the lights that is accessible through common GIS software, webbased ArcGIS Online or Google Earth KML combined with a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet. c) Upon completion of the survey, the results are to be transmitted to the City in both geospatial and Microsoft Excel form for verification of locations to ensure all locations within its service territory were obtained. Locations outside its service territory will not be accepted. Locations in the service territory not included in the initial survey shall be visited by the contractor and included in the final survey.
