Specifications include, but are not limited to: : 1. Internet (web) based DDC controls, integrated with state of Vermont hosted central server with vendor supplied client controls software. 2. Wiring, controllers, BACnet integrators, routers, adjustable readout sensors, etc. 3. Update central Server Software to latest version if not up to date. 4. Install new OA dampers in four locations as shown on M1.2 and one to be determined 5. DDC Control components and sequence programming for the following HVAC components: a. Heat pumps (84) Heat Pump and BACnet integration. b. Rooftop heat recovery ventilation units (5). c. Heat Pump Hydronic loop with flow meter pumps and heat exchanger. d. Smoke evacuation system (two fans and dampers). e. RTU Heat valves (5). f. Boilers (4). g. Cooling Tower with condenser water pump. h. CO2 control of OA/EA dampers for four locations identified and one to be determined and Five (5) RTUS 6. Full active web-based graphics a. Hyper-linked data active floor plans showing temperature set-point vs actual b. Program logic tree access from graphics access. c. Dynamic equipment schematics, with live data points and adjustable set-points. d. Data tables. i. Heat pumps showing temperatures, setpoints, heat pump status.
