: In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269 Subchapter D, Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is soliciting proposals for the removal of existing pneumatic HVAC controls and installation of new Direct Digital Controls, installation of new Utility Monitoring and Management System (UMMS) with wiring and associated equipment at the Central Services Building at 1711 San Jacinto Blvd, Austin TX 78701. TFC anticipates award to a Building Controls or Electrical Contractor with all other services subcontracted by the prime. The estimated construction budget for the services described in the Request for Proposal is six hundred fourteen thousand dollars ($614,000).
