Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Vermont Agency of Education (the State) is soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) from qualified bidder for the design, development, administration, scoring and reporting of the Vermont Alternate Assessment of Alternate Achievement Standards (VTAA-AAS) for English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics (MA) and Science. These statewide assessments will serve the needs of students with significant cognitive disabilities who cannot participate in the State’s general assessments even when accommodations are provided. (the Work). If a suitable offer is made in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), the State may enter into a contract (the Contract) to have the selected bidder (the Vendor) perform all or part of the Work.
